Sam’s experience spans 22 years of functional, managerial, and executive roles in business operations and technology. His expertise include information technology, strategic planning & architecture, business workflow, process engineering, compliance and governance, M&A, and business turn-around.

He served as the Vice president of Process Engineering & Quality for Healthways, Inc, as the Executive Director of Technology for Mercy Health System, and the as Chief Technology Officer for Long Term Care Group, Inc.

Sam also served in the capacity of EVP and GM for Alphanet Corp, a business and engineering consulting company, serving the Southeast region of the US.

Sam holds a PhD in Computational Modeling from the University of New Orleans
