Web Sales Executive:

WebPlus5.com, a division of Businessways, Inc. is a business web development company based in Franklin. We are seeking two (2) web and technology sales executives. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in selling technology solutions and/or web or business services, and will have impeccable integrity and excellent customer service orientation. Local candidates, with business contacts, and knowledge of the metro Nashville area will be given first preference.

You will be responsible for generating your own leads, but contact lists will be provided, and sales and pre-sale technical support will also be provided by the company.

Compensation is (generous) commission only in the first 90 days (with all sales related expenses paid). After 90 days, a base salary+ commission, in addition to benefits and possible equity in the company will be offered to the successful candidates. We will also consider part-time role.

Sales executive:

Businessways is looking for a sales executive with experience in technology sales (IT services, web development & Design).

The selected individual should have excellent knowledge of the Nashville metro business market, good business contacts, and a strong drive for customer service and the highest level of ethics and integrity.

Compensation for the first 90 days is based on 10% commission on gross sales, and base salary & commission after the first 90 days. Ownership equity will also be offered for the right individual.

Vice President of Disease and Case Management

For a new business line in their Central Pennsylvania operations. The company has a national reputation as a leader in the delivery of healthcare and offers a stable environment, a great benefit program and the ability to work nationally recognized healthcare leaders.

The Vice President of Disease and Case Management will be responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for disease and case management services for Plan members. The Vice President will develop, implement and evaluates strategic initiatives focused on population management including disease management and complex case management. They will establish an integrated approach to population management and use of clinical and financial data in program design, implementation, and evaluation. This positions reports directly to the Vice President of Health Services.

The candidate must have significant disease management experience with a managed care or disease management company. Experience with Medicaid or special needs populations is preferred.
