"Customer Satisfaction” is a bad thing!

 In this economy, and in any economy for that matter, merely satisfying your customers is a recipe for business bankruptcy. Your customers must be delighted with your services and get excited talking about your businesses. Your customers must be your fans, or as Ken Blanchard puts it; “Raving Fans.”

You must design your systems, business processes, and people training around a single track mind of offering your customers products and services that will simply turn them into your raving fans.
